Kanan Heybatov drops to #14 after losing to Abbas Ebrahimzadeh. Heybatov is kept from dropping further for his wins over #15 Austin Gomez and #10 Sina Khalili. Ebrahimzadeh enters the rankings at #19 but fails to move higher because of losses to Ebrahim Elahi and Akaki Kemertelidze.
