61 kg - Masanosuke Ono

Arsen Harutyunyan and Zelimkhan Abakarov slot in at #4 and #5 respectively after moving up from 57 kg. Harutyunyan placed second at the European championships after defeating Abakarov but losing to Uguev.

Japan's Takara Suda slides in at #6 after winning the Asian Championships and the Albanian Ranking Series tournament. In those two events, Suda recorded notable victories over Nachyn Mongush, Artem Gobaev, Udit, and Ahmad Javan.

Jax Forrest comes into the rankings after winning the US Open with notable victories over Seth Gross, Nahshon Garrett, and Ben Davino. Gross slides in at #14 after defeating #15 Marcus Blaze.
