The Flo 40: High School Wrestling Team Rankings

A big weekend of high-profile high school events led to big changes in the latest edition of the Flo 40 national high school team rankings. 

More than half of the teams in the Flo 40 have a different number next to their name this week after a lineup of events that included Escape the Rock, the 5 Counties Invitational, the COAC Tournament, the Lake Crystal Wellcome Memorial Area Invitational and other notable dual meets. 

Top-ranked Faith Christian Academy captured the Escape the Rock title, leading the way at a tournament that also featured #3 Lake Highland Prep, #8 Malvern Prep, #14 St. Edward and St. Joseph Regional, which made this week’s biggest move, climbing 13 notches to #23 after a third-place finish. 

Bishop McDevitt vaulted six spots to #25 after finishing fifth at Escape the Rock. 

Lowell and Marist returned to the rankings. Lowell defeated Detroit Catholic Central in a dual clash between Michigan powers and Marist claimed the title at the Illini Classic.
