Magomedkhabib Kadimagomedov comes into the rankings at #3 after qualifying for the Olympics through the European Olympic Games Qualifier. Kadimagomedov has a case to be ranked #2 after defeating Kyle Dake at the Tokyo Olympics in 2021. However, Kadimagomedov's more recent performance at the 2023 World Championships, where he lost to Georgios Kougioumtsidis, keeps him ranked behind Dake.

The wrestlers listed below are all those who qualified through the 2023 World Championships and their respective continental qualifiers. Only three more spots are available and will be earned at the World Olympic Games Qualifier May 9-12.
