Kurt Phipps won the Southern Scuffle while defeating Dom Serrano in the finals, 2-0. Phipps has a loss on the year to Tyler Wells so doesn't rise above him in the rankings.

While Nasir Bailey dropped a match to Dom Serrano at the Scuffle, he also has ranked wins on the year over Evan Frost and Vince Santaniello so Bailey holds at #8.

Sam Latona lost three matches since the last set of rankings dropping matches to Zeth Romney, Michael Colaiocco, and Kade Moore. Those losses drop Latona to #11 but he stays above Bouzakis because of a head-to-head win over him this year.

Zeth Romney jumps 11 spots in the rankings for his win over Colaiocco and Latona but stays behind Shawver who defeated him at Midlands.
