2023-24 NCAA DI Rankings

141 - Real Woods

Jesse Mendez was ultra-impressive at the CKLV after taking home the gold with wins over Ryan Jack, Brock Hardy, and Vince Cornella. For that performance, Mendez moves up to #3 in this set of rankings at 141 pounds.

Ryan Jack placed second and moves up to #3 after defeating Lachlan McNeil at the CKLV.

Brock Hardy was challenging to rank considering he lost to Cael Happel, Tagen Jamison, and Jesse Mendez. However, Hardy defeated Tagen Jamison on the front side of the bracket, defeated Cael Happel last season, and also beat #2 Beau Bartlett last year. For that, we chose to keep Hardy at #6 because of his overall resume against the wrestlers in this weight.

Tagen Jamison and Anthony Echemendia both make big jumps after their performances at the CKLV. Jamison recorded notable wins over Brock Hardy, Vince Cornella, and Josh Koderhandt while Anthony Echemendia defeated Vince Cornella and Cleveland Belton.

There were a ton of other results at the CKLV that produced rankings changes. You can view those results on FloArena here.
