Domestic Men's Freestyle Rankings

Pound For Pound

Here's where the World Championships changed things up. Nobody in America has been hotter in the past six months than Vito Arujua. He climbed from #12 to #5 with his World title. Similarly, Zain Retherford comes in right behind Vito at #6. Mason Parris brought home a bronze medal from Belgrade, so he jumped from #19 to #13.

A reminder that pound-for-pound rankings weigh the career of a wrestler higher than regular weight rankings while still maintaining a balance to represent the country's current best wrestlers. This is why Jordan Burroughs is ahead of Chance Marsteller, but behind now World champions Arujau and Retherford.
