What a weight class 144 pounds has been all season long. The semifinals in AC will be a must-watch at this weight, but there are still weeks of wrestling to get through before that.

After a few weeks of occupying the #1 spot, Charles drops to #3 due to a loss to Ford.

South Plainfield’s Giordano climbs a few spots after taking out Jamar Dixon. Dixon also fell to Grungo in the last two weeks, but the Delsea sophomore has a resume that keeps him just in the top five.

The state title here is up for grabs.
