Ernazar Akmataliev is a Kyrgyzstani freestyle wrestler. He won a silver medal at the 2021 World Championships in Oslo, Norway while competing at 70 kg. Akmataliev represented Kyrgyzstan at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, but failed to medal.
