Dave Esposito was Cary Kolat's whipping boy when Dave was in college. He made Dave pay every time he took a bad shot. By the end of practice Dave Esposito couldnt walk upright because of all the force on Dave's back from the front headlock position. In this technique Dave emphasizes pressure. The spin drills that are so often taught to kids at the youth level arent realistic. You got to have pressure and on the right spot.
