All timelines and pertinent information for the BVAL JV Wrestling Championships Fees: The JV entry fee will be $ $100.00 per team. Please make checks payable to BVAL. Team Line-ups: Team line up?s will be submitted to www.trackwrestling.com. All user names and passwords will be sent before February 5, 2016. All teams must submit team rosters online Wednesday, February 10, 2016 by 7:00 PM. Any changes after this time will need to be emailed to Mark Delgado delgadom@esuhsd.org - two wrestlers per weight class. Weigh In?s: Please note the time change that was voted on at the preseason meeting. Wrestling room at 10:00 AM. No Weight Allowance (CIF + 2 lbs, 108, 115, 122, etc.) Teams will be weighed in on a first come basis. No coaches will be allowed in the weigh in area. Female wrestlers will be weighed in the girl?s locker room at 10:00 pm sharp. Coaches Meeting: Coaches meeting will be held at 11:40 AM sharp in the wrestling room. Two coaches bands per team. An additional band will be given for teams with 8 or more wrestlers. Tournament Format: Begins at 12:00 PM (approximately) 4 mats and 7 officials. Wrestle straight through-no breakdown for finals. Varsity Tournament will run approximately 2 rounds starting at 2:00 PM. Brackets: 16-man bracket with preliminaries (see example at www.trackwrestling.com) Awards: Wrestlers must be in uniform to accept their awards and individual certificates. Hospitality: Will be provided for two coaches only, all officials & all scorers. Miscellaneous: ? Concessions will be provided by Overfelt High School ? No food, drinks or ice cooler allowed in the gymnasium ? An Athletic Trainer will be available during the tournament ? Showers available upon request ?
