January 9, 2016 5th Annual Dick Pruett Memorial Varsity Wrestling Tournament Dear Coach: Kent-Meridian would like to invite you to the 5th Annual Dick Pruett Memorial Wrestling Tournament. This Varsity tournament will be on Saturday January 9, 2016 and will be a 16-man double elimination format. Participating Schools: Archbishop Murphy, Auburn, Bothell, Ellensburg, Emerald Ridge, Gig Harbor, Hazen, Hudson?s Bay, Kennedy-Catholic, Kent-Meridian, Lake Stevens, Mountain View Vancouver, Renton, Rogers, Sunnyside, Tahoma, and Todd Beamer. Facilities: We will have at least 5 mats with plenty of seating Location: Kent-Meridian High School 10020 SE 256th Street Kent, WA 98031 Weigh-ins: 7:30am (all wrestlers must be in gym-in area at 7:15am) We will weigh in by teams. Small Gym located on the North side of the Gym Complex. Only wrestlers on the roster will be allowed to weigh-in. Weight Classes: Official WIAA Weight Classifications Wrestling: Begins 9:30am 16-man double elimination format Seeding: All line-ups and Seeding info must be sent in by Wednesday, January 6th, at 12:00pm. Seeds will be decided based on provided information; a quick seeding meeting will take place to discuss important changes immediately following weigh-ins. Fee: $250 per team.
