Coaches, I have reattached all of the files in case you might need another copy. There are 2 new files that are very important. The first file is the spreadsheet to complete for seeding information. The number at the end of the sheet is the number you will put into Track Wrestling for your wrestlers to be seeded. Please also e-mail me a copy of the completed spreadsheet as soon as you enter the information into Track. The second is the information for the JV contestants with their exact weights. Pleae e-mail that to me as well. Remember there is a 1 lb allowance on Friday and 2 lbs on Saturday. Fridays weigh-in is at the Marriott Meadowview Hotel.
