WELCOME TO THE RANGER WRESTLING INVITATIONAL! Entry Fee: The entry fee is $125 per team. Fees should be mailed with entries or presented at the Saturday morning coaches meeting in the Hospitality Room. The format will be a 12 man-bracket. For teams with a third or fourth wrestler in a weight class please add them to your roster and we will fill brackets on a rotational basis as space allows. The tournament will be held at Park High School on 4 mats in the main gym. The schedule is shown below: Admission Prices: $6 Adults $4 students Saturday, December 1 8:00 AM Weigh-ins - all teams must be present for this weigh in! 10:00 AM 1st Round 12 Man-Brackets 5:00 PM (approx.) Finals Awards: Medals will be presented to the top four finishers in each weight class. All awards will be presented following the completion of their match. First Place Team Plaque awarded at the end of the tournament! Finals: Will be wrestled on four mats. Seeding: Seeding criteria will be based upon 2018 State Tournament placing. Entries must be received no later than 11:00 PM on Thursday, November 29th. NO wrestlers will be added after entries are submitted on Thursday so please plan accordingly. Registration: Below are instructions for accessing, logging in, and register wrestlers for the Ranger Wrestling Invitational. We will be contacting the invited teams via e-mail with a link to enter our tournament and add participants. This will allow you to enter as a statistician and input your wrestlers by weight class. If you did not receive an email and your team has been invited. Please contact Coach Ben Hahn at ben.hahn@livingston.k12.mt.us and an email will be sent. Once entered, you will see a spot for each weight class. Click on the ?Unknown? for each weight and enter the information. If you do not have a wrestler in that weight class you may click on ?unknown? and then delete it. To add multiple participants to a weight class click on ?Add Participant?. Then enter only first name, last name, group (choose ?High School?), weight class, and school. Then click on ?Add Participant?. Please do this for all wrestlers. Once completed, there is no need to log out. All information should save automatically. Please have all wrestlers added by the end of the day Thursday. This will allow us to run test brackets on Friday and ensure the smoothest possible time Saturday. We understand there will be changes Saturday morning, but please add any wrestler that you think might wrestle. We will drop those that do not make it or change weight classes if needed after weigh-ins, but NO wrestlers will be added after entries are submitted on Thursday so please plan accordingly. Seeding: Please e-mail ben.hahn@livingston.k12.mt.us any of your state placers from 2018 who are competing in this tournament Weigh-ins: Weigh-ins will be conducted in accordance with the 2018-19 MHSA rules: 103, 113, 120, 126, 132, 138, 145, 152, 160, 170, 182, 205, and 285. Saturday, December 1st 8:00 AM in the boy?s locker room in the PHS Main Gym. Time Schedule: Coaches meeting will be held at 9:00 AM Saturday in the Hospitality room (E-10). The meeting will only be for scratches and name changes. NO OTHER CHANGES WILL OCCUR. Wrestling is scheduled to begin at 10:00 AM Dressing Rooms: Teams will be responsible for helping to keep the locker room clean and picked up. Towels will be provided we ask that everyone please place the used towels in the proper hamper. Each team is responsible for their valuables. Scoring: Standard tournament scoring but only through four places. Hospitality/Concessions: Coaches Hospitality will be located in the Hospitality room located in Room E-10. We ask that all teams to clean-up their area in the stands and locker rooms. There will be no filming from the floor. Filming in the upper bleachers only!
