If you have rooms in Bremen or Carrollton, you have made a huge mistake?. The event is in Emerson, basically Cartersville?.. What time is weigh-ins? They start at 7am?. We have almost one thousand wrestlers to skin check and weigh in. It is going to take a while? like boarding an aircraft there will be different priorities assigned to each team?. Teams helping run the event are given first priority? teams that hosted a traditional qualifier are given second priority? then the rest?. I want to move up in the weigh-in line? We need plenty of help?.. Setting up, breaking down, staffing mat tables, we have plenty of scales.... With almost 100 schools I am hoping to handle most of the communication through the Main Information Page of each of the 6 Sectionals. What time will we begin? The National Anthem will play at 8:25 and by 8:30 am all 20 mats should be wrestling. The 2A/3A Girls Sectional will begin competing each round every hour on the half hour?. at 8:30; 9:30; 10:30?. How do I know when and where my wrestler will compete? Awesome question! Every Boys Sectional will have a bout sequencing sheet....Every Sectional will be assigned a different color paper. The best idea I can give you is that the night before the event, take screenshots of every bracket you will need?. In the bracket will be bout numbers? after Wednesday those numbers should not change. Compare the bout number in the bracket to the bout assignment sheet?. The mat will display its current bout number?. What about a Girl?s Bout Sequencing Sheet? In the 2A/3A Sectional the bout numbers that are even will compete on the Even Mat and the Odd match numbers on the Odd mat. My Sectional just went to 5 mats because the Girls Sectional is on a break and there is no 5th mat on the bout assignment sheet? If this happens, only bouts that end in 5 (five) or 0 (zero) will move to the 5th mat. Will there be any scheduled breaks? If we have enough table help we should be able to run continuously How long should this event last so I can tell transportation? I would love to be able to give a solid time but i think 5 pm is a good guess. My wrestler won his match who should sign? Each scale will have one weight class (64 wrestlers) and one scale for Girls?.
