I am aware that the risk of injury from the activities involved in this event and while particular safe protocols are in place, the risk of serious injury and contracting communicable illness does exist. 2. I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. If, however, I observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove my child and self from participation and bring such risks to the attention to the EVENT HOST Immediately. I understand the staff will do everything in its powers to keep facility clean and safe at all times but it is also the responsibility of the participants (wrestlers, coaches and parents) to point out any dangerous and or contagious acts within the event. 4.
