The following is the schedule for the Elkhorn JV Wrestling Tournament on Saturday, December 18. Buses should drop off athletes at the back entrance of the gymnasium. 1. SCHEDULE OF EVENTS (approximate) 8:00 a.m. Weigh Ins (please be here promptly at 8:00 a.m.) 8:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. Coaches meeting 9:30 a.m. Round 1 Round 2 Round 3 Lunch Break Round 4 Round 5 2. PARTICIPATING TEAMS: Badger, Burlington, Clinton, Deerfield, Delavan-Darien,East Troy, Edgerton, Elkhorn Area, Fort Atkinson, Grafton, Greenfield, Harold Vincent, Kenosha St. Joseph, Kenosha Tremper, Marquette University, Milwaukee Pulaski, Mineral Point, New Berlin West, Nicolet, Oregon, Oshkosh West, Pewaukee, Racine St, Catherine?s, Union Grove, Waterford, Waukesha West, Westosha Central, Whitewater, Wilmot Union 3. TICKET PRICES Adults: $3.00 Students: $2.00 Children 6 & Under Free 4. CONCESSIONS. The Elkhorn All Sports Booster Club will have its concession stand open. 5. MATS. Five (5) mats will be used for the entire tournament. All matches will be 2-2-2. 6. LOCKER ROOM ASSIGNMENTS: Locker rooms will be assigned upon arrival. All individuals and schools must furnish their own towels and locks. Elkhorn High School is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. 7. WEIGH-INS. Weigh-ins will be conducted in the Suchy gym. 8. Rosters: Please send all rosters and rankings to Holly Satona at sandrwrestling@gmail.com by Wednesday at 7:00 PM. Changes can be sent up until 3:00 PM Friday. Scratches and final changes can be made when your team arrives at Elkhorn prior to weigh-ins. Ranks should be 1, 2, or 3 with 1 being the best. 9. CONDUCT. All coaches should discuss the proper conduct of the wrestlers and cheerleaders before the tournament day. All possible effort should be made by wrestlers, coaches, managers, and cheerleaders to exhibit good sportsmanship throughout the tournament. 10. WEATHER. Please provide phone numbers for individuals that should be contacted in case of inclement weather.
