Here is what we need:
Complete list of all volunteers who will be on the mat at any time
Rosters of wrestlers and coaching staff:
Coaching staff or ANY volunteer will receive a wristband that will clear them and allow them to be on the mats. Only people with wristbands will be allowed on the mats. Wrestlers will NOT wear wristbands as they will be tested right after weigh ins. They will weigh in and then test and then once cleared they will be good to go.
It is critical that the messaging gets to coaches that students must register prior to weighing in on our testing site. They will not be able to test unless they are registered. We will have scan codes for them to do it from their phones.
School administered testes are ok- just NO HOME kits . HOME KITS WILL NOT APPLY

WEIGH-INS
All teams in gym by 6:45am
Team weigh-in beginning at 7:00am
Wrestling begins at 9:00 am
REGISTRATION/SEEDING
Registration and seeding will be done through TRACKWRESTLING
Roster and seeding information due by 9:00 pm, January 14, 2022 (Friday)
Criteria formula: State, Section,tournament strength and head-to-head.
Coaches meeting morning of the tournament to finalize seeding.
TOURNAMENT PROCEDURE
Start time 9:00 am.
Track Wrestling Electronic Bout System will be used for the tournament.
Mat-side scoring.
AWARDS
Team Trophies: 1st - 3rd (Team gift for 1st place)
Individual Medals: 1st - 6th
Champions will receive a bag and T-shirt
Outstanding Wrestler: Upper and lower weights
**There will be a pancake breakfast the morning of the tournament ($5.00)
Snack bar open all day.
**Coaches lunch will be served (2 coaches per team)
