'COVID-19 Safety Acknowledgment -- Liability Waiver and Release of Claims COVID-19 SAFETY INFORMATION:While participating in events held or sponsored by the SEAAU & TNAAU ?social distancing? must be practiced and face coverings worn at all times to reduce the risks of exposure to COVID-19. Because COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is spread mainly from person-to-person contact,SEAAU/TNAAU has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19. However, SEAAU/TNAAU cannot guarantee that its participants, volunteers, partners, or others in attendance will not become infected with COVID-19. In light of the ongoing spread of COVID-19, individuals who fall within any of the categories below should not engage in SEAAU/TNAAU events and/or other face to face fundraising activities. By attending an SEAAU/TNAAU event, you certify that you do not fall into any of the following categories: 1. Individuals who currently or within the past fourteen (14) days have experienced any symptoms associated with COVID-19, which include fever, cough, and shortness of breath among others; 2. Individuals who have traveled at any point in the past fourteen (14) days either internationally or to a community in the U.S. that has experienced or is experiencing sustained community spread of COVID-19; or 3. Individuals who believe that they may have been exposed to a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 or have been diagnosed with COVID-19 and are not yet cleared as non-contagious by state or local public health authorities or the health care team responsible for their treatment. DUTY TO SELF-MONITOR:Participants and volunteers agree to self-monitor for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 (symptoms typically include fever, cough, and shortness of breath) and, contact ACS at coronavirus@cancer.org if he/she experiences symptoms of COVID-19 within 14 days after participating or volunteering with SEAAU/TNAAU. LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS:I acknowledge that I derive personal satisfaction and a benefit by virtue of my participation and/or voluntarism with SEAAU/TNAAU , and I willingly engage in SEAAU/TNAAU events and/or other fundraising activities (the ?Activity?). Everyone must sign a waiver, wrestlers, coaches, spectators, before entering the event center That waiver will not let you have any covid symptoms. And your temperature must be 100.3 or less, No contact with any one who has tested positive. There will be an allotment for two coaches and one scorekeeper per team. As we will ask each team to supply a scorekeeper or bopper for their match You may use adults or wrestlers. They need to be familiar with scoring on trackwrestling. There will be instructions for them before the start of the tournament. There are 304 HS spectator seats and 265 K-8 spectator seats available . This is why we had to keep the number of teams to a low count. Admission will be $10 per adult $5 per child or weekend pass adult $15 . 2 and under Free We understand people will be coming and going and will have in and out only doors. With counters. We will have a free early weigh in for duals 4:15 till 7:30 then a late weigh in from 8:30 to 9:30 Friday night. People are traveling so please let us know if you want early or late. TSSAA asks that if you weigh in as a team. I understand traveling if someone on your team is having issues I will weigh them in late weigh in. The coach must confirm who they are and give a cell number where they can be reached Your duals weigh ins, are good for open also. Make sure to let the Weigh in recorder know if you will be in the open. So you do not have to weigh in again Sat night.
