WSWA Folkstyle State Championships February 23, 2014 at the Tacoma Dome Pre-registration and PRE-PAY $25 mandatory by Thursday February 20, 2014 at 5pm Entries limited to 1600 www.washingtonstatewrestling.com or www.trackwrestling.com NO LATE ENTRIES!!! 1) Weigh-In Times: Weigh-in for all age and weight groups will be held on Saturday, February 22 from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm at the Fife High School cafeteria 5616 20th St .E Fife, WA 98424. You must have your USA Card to weigh-in. 2) Admission: Adults $10. 17 and under are FREE. All Adults, including coaches and table workers, will need to purchase a ticket at a ticket booth or online at www.ticketmaster.com to enter the Tacoma Dome. Tickets will also be available at the Tacoma Dome Box Office until 8:00 pm on Saturday and will reopen at 6 am Sunday. 3) Parking: Will be $10 in the Tacoma Dome lots. Free parking on the street and Tacoma Dome Stations 2 blocks from dome. RV Parking will be available on a first come-first serve basis with power hook-up at $40/day, starting at 6 pm on Saturday, February 22, 2014. 4) Entrance to Tacoma Dome: All spectators, coaches, wrestlers (except open division), and table workers enter through the Upper Concourse doors. All open division wrestlers, WSWA personal, mat and pairing officials enter through the Lower F door in the NE corner of the Tacoma Dome. 5) Food/Drink Items: Nutritional food and drinks for WRESTLERS ONLY will be allowed. (i.e. No Subway sandwiches or fast food items will be allowed in). In addition, no coolers will be allowed in. You can re-enter the Dome with your ticket. Please leave coolers in the car. 6) Competition Times: Pee-Wee, Bantam, Intermediate, and Novice will start at 8 am on Sunday February 23, 2014. We hope to be done by 3 pm. Schoolboy, Schoolgirl, Cadet, Cadet Women, Junior, Junior Women, and Open (Senior) will start at approximately 3 pm on Sunday February, 22 2014. We hope to be done by 9 pm. 7) Floor Passes: Bronze Level Coaches and table workers will need report to the floor pass table located next to the pairing table. Bronze coaches must have photo ID and 2014 USAW Bronze Coaches Card. Table Workers will be assigned a table with the help of their club representative. Table workers please be at your table 30 min. prior to start of wrestling for review on how to run the clocks and scoring. 8) Floor Access: Only officials, table workers, current wrestlers, on-deck wrestlers and bronze coaches coaching a match will be allowed inside the gates. All other wrestlers, bronze coaches and spectators must remain behind the yellow lines located behind the gated area or in the stands to watch matches. One Pee-Wee, and Bantam parent may escort their child to the mat but must leave the gated area during the match. 9) Awards: We will wrestle to 8th place and true second place in all divisions so do not leave until you are sure you are eliminated from the tournament. Medals will be presented about 15-30 min after the last match of the weight and age group is completed.
