We will not have access to a copier on site. We will have computer set up at each weigh-in scale to enter the weights as your team weighs in. This way I can just print off each teams weigh-in sheet from Track. Weigh-ins Begin at 7: 30 AM each morning. We will be using six scales. No one will be allowed in the convention floor area while weigh-ins are going on except wrestlers and coaches (no parents, managers, or fans). Weigh-ins will be conducted next to 6 different mats. Coaches when you arrive on Day 1, please report to the Head Table to receive your Weigh-in Scale Assignment Tournament Schedule, Coaches Passes, and Brackets. Each year, we ask teams to use their scales. As a Thank You, those teams who allow us to use their scales get to weigh-in first each day. Here is a list of Teams who have offered their scales to be used: Pigeon Forge and Jefferson. We need 4 more sets, so the first 4 teams that respond to this email with confirmation for us to use their scales, will be one of the first 6 teams to weigh-in each morning. Other teams will weigh-in based on order of arrival Wrestling will begin each day at or before 9 AM. I would like to begin closer to 8:30 AM but by not having a copier available to us, i may need a little time entering and printing weigh-in sheets for each team. Pool brackets are complete I am still working on Day 2 competition plan but will have it available on Thursday. As of now each team will get 8 to 10 matches. Also, Please let me know if your trainers are coming with you. We will have a couple on hand each day but I would just like to know who is bringing one with them. Also let me know how you will be getting here (ie: bus, 2 vans, coaches driving, etc) Also, please let me know via email where you and your teams will be staying and how many rooms your team and fans have filled. I need those numbers to see if I can get the city to back the event a little more. Your entry fee is also needed if you have not already mailed them in. Entry fee is $425 after December 1st. Lastly, the facility will be locked and empty by 6 -6:30 PM on Thursday. If you need to plan a practice time for that day let me know when you will be arriving. For those of you that need a later practice time, we may be able to make that happen but it will be at the Pigeon Forge Wrestling room. There is only 2 mats down there so space and time is limited. That facility will be locked up at 7 PM. The event will be live Track Cast through Track Wrestling.
