After each round is finished in the final pools we will begin the next round immediately. (Some pools may finish early). We are anticipating the tournament to conclude by 4:30-5:00 PM. If you have any preference of who you would not like to wrestle in the preliminary bracket please let me know ASAP. We will try and honor those requests but cannot guarantee that in the later rounds. Team awards will go to the 1st and 2nd place teams in the Championship Bracket and the 5th place team in the Consolation bracket. Individual medals will be awarded to all undefeated wrestlers who go 5-0 or 4-0. We will also run 2 mats continuously for JV matches. We will set up four wrestler round robins for the JV wrestlers and try to get them all 3 matches. It is up to each individual coach as to how they want to wrestle their athletes but you will only be allowed to wrestle in one of the formats. Any wrestlers in the JV format must remain in that format unless they are removed because of an injury to a varsity member of their team and must be moved up. Once a wrestler competes in the varsity portion of the tournament they will not be allowed compete later in the JV tournament.
