2)      Doors open at 7:30am
3)      Weigh ins will be from 8-9am
4)      Coaches meeting/scratch meeting will be from 9-9:30am
5)      Wrestling will begin at 10am
6)      We will need assistance with table workers so please prepare your managers.  They may have to work the clocks, run the sheets, tap
          the ref.
7)      There will be an entry fee for spectators.  $5 for adults, $3 for children.  Please let your families know.
8)      There will be a concession stand throughout the duration of the tournament.
9)      Medals for 1, 2 and 3 along with MOW and Fastest Fall have been ordered and picked up.
10)   Keep in mind the champion of each weight class is automatically "All Conference" and you coaches get two "At Large" selections to
be decided by vote after the tournament
11)   Seeding Criteria - The NCCC record is the 1st criteria used for seeding the tournament.  There is also a 5 match minimum (Any wrestler with less than 5 matches in NCCC dual meets has losses added to their record until their Win/Loss record totals 5) All NCCC league dual meet matches count toward the NCCC winning percentage regardless of weight class.  In the event of a tie, the following criteria should be used (in order):

1) Head to head match-ups
2) Placement in last years NCCC tournament - same weight class gets preference (obviously this is irrelevant this year)
3) Overall winning percentage (State tournament format seeding %)
4) Placement in any previous year NCCC tournament
5) Coin Flip

12.      JV wrestlers/filling brackets - We allow teams to enter 2 wrestlers per weight class.  The second entry in the weight class scores no team points.  All JV wrestlers are drawn randomly into the bottom of the bracket for their weight, with reasonable attempts to put them on the opposite side of the bracket from their varsity counterparts.  JV wrestlers fully compete in the tournament and may place.   One (1) JV Wrestler may be added as a NON-SCORER per weight class.
