`Date: January 15th, 2024 LOCATION: Mexico High School 639 N Wade St in Filbert Gym in Sports Complex WEIGH-INS: January 15th, 2024 @7:30 AM WEIGHTS: 100, 105, 110, 115, 120, 125, 130, 135, 140, 145, 155, 170, 190, 235 COACHES MEETING: 8:30 AM in Health Room above Weight Room TIME SCHEDULE (tentative) (3 mats) Round Robin 1 9:30 am Round Robin 2 10:30 am Round Robin 3 12:00 pm Round Robin 4 1:00 pm Round Robin 5 2:00 pm Round Robin 6 3:00 pm All times are subject to change but we will run tournament straight through AWARDS: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place Finishes ENTREES: All entries must be entered into www.trackwrestling.com by 3:00 pm on Friday, January 13th, 2024. Teams can have multiple entries but placed according to skill. BRACKET FORMAT: Athletes will be put in 4 and 5 Women Round Robins. Athletes will be divided by experience and team. Please email me a roster with experience values on your roster. A= Varsity level (Advanced), B=Junior Varsity level (intermediate/500 record), C= Freshman Level (beginner) This will be setup in Trackwrestling as well HOSPITALITY ROOM: Hospitality room will be open Monday morning through the afternoon. This is for coaches, administrators, bus drivers, and workers. **Students will not be allowed in the Hospitality room. CONCESSIONS: A concession stand will be available. TRAINER: An athletic trainer will be available throughout the tournament. You will need to bring your own athletic tape. MATSIDE/WRESTLING AREA: Due to limited space around the mats, team personnel only will be allowed mat side (coaches, wrestlers, managers) We also ask for your assistance in keeping parents and fans in the stands, and not mat side. This includes parents videoing or taking pictures. Commons Area: Teams will be assigned to a table area in our Commons in the Sports Complex. All coolers need to remain in this area. No coolers in the gyms please! Locker Rooms: Locker rooms will be available for changing and for showering. These are not secured. Mexico High School is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
