Coach Myers Wrestling S&C: The 5x5 Med Ball Crusher

Oct 28, 2020

The 5x5 medicine ball crusher is not for the faint of heart.

  • 5 Slams
  • 5 Zercher Squat
  • 5/5 Body Lock Back Lunges (each leg)
  • 5 Towel Pull-Ups
  • x 5rounds

Complete 5 reps of all exercises as quickly as possible. Use as heavy as a med ball as possible and add weight on the towel pull-ups if you normally are able to do 10+ reps.

The goal is to complete each round in 1 minute and then rest for 1 minute, getting all 5 rounds done in less than 10 minutes.
