Sep 24, 2020
Heavy sled sprints? Rope tug of war? What's not to like about this one?
Try this killer wrestling specific circuit from Coach Dustin Myers:
- Sled tug of War (partner loaded)
- Sled Sprint (plates only)
- x 5 trading off with a partner
Note: if using a wrestling sled plate, weight should be 50 percent of body weight or two plates, whichever is heavier. If using a traditional sled in the gym, plate weight should be equal to or greater than BW.
