Grigor Cholakyan Commits To Stanford

Grigor Cholakyan currently sits at #17 on the 2024 Big Board, and now he's made his college decision. The St. John Bosco junior will be staying in California to join Rob Koll and company at Stanford. Cholakyan announced his commitment on Instagram.

Cholakyan has raised his stock in the last several months. He's coming off a 4th place finish at Super 32 at 138 lbs. Before that, he finished 3rd in Fargo and perhaps most impressively, 5th at the U20 division of the US Open in a bracket that included a number of division 1 wrestlers.
