One of PA's best surprises is headed to Ames, Iowa.

State Runner-Up Cameron Robinson of Council Rock North has chosen the Cyclones over Pitt, NC State, West Virginia, and Virginia Tech.

Robinson was 5th in the state last year but went just 2-2 at Super 32 last fall. He rebounded with a fine Junior campaign reaching the finals of both Escape the Rock and the PA AAA State tournament.

In both finals, he lost to future ISU teammate, Ryan Anderson, the #1 ranked 145lber in the country.

Robinson is long and lanky and could be the heir apparent to current and similarly built Cyclone AA Jarrett Degen in a lineup that would feature Anderson at 141 and their top recruit of 2018, David Carr, at 157.

In his Big Board debut, Robinson was just tabbed as our #75 Junior in the country.
