Iowa State freshman #20 Evan Frost found himself in a 1-1 battle with a little over 90 seconds left in his match with Iowa 6th year senior #8 Brody Teske of Iowa.

The Dowling Catholic freshman, originally from Louisiana, didn't waste his opportunity. He secured a takedown then ultimately turned Teske for a four-point nearfall to secure an 8-1 decision for the Cyclones.

Frost's victory over Teske wasn't one many wrestling fans had predicted. It gave Iowa State a big boost after #21 Drake Ayala took out #10 Kysen Terukina in the first bout of the dual.
