125 kg - Amir Zare
Two-time world medalist Zhiwei Deng enters the rankings after qualifying for the Olympics at the World Olympic Qualifier.
Aiaal Lazarev and Daniel Ligeti also come into the rankings but neither has any wins in the past year over anyone ranked in the top 11.
