Dustin Myers - 3 Med Ball Exercises For Speed And Power

Slam - Squat down and grab a medicine ball. Stay in good position as you pick it up, clean it and press it over head. Sit down hard as you slam the ball off the ground, catching it on the rebound.
Throw - Pick up a medicine ball and hold in a front rack position. Perform a front squat then explode up, jumping as you throw the ball in a high arc.
Suplex - Squat down with a wide stance and grab a med ball. In one swift motion pick the ball up and act thru your hips as you come up onto your toes and slam the ball behind you.
