3 Mans: 3 guys are #off....1 man shoot double for 1 min on 2 n 3 guy....Then 2 man's turn, then 3 mans....Keep pressure on the guy shooting...We did Doubles, Singles, Hi-Cs, Go Behinds, and Front head....Finish quick...Great conditioning drill and Muscle memory....Making them pull the trigger.
