Technique Wave Tuesday with Doug Schwab! Here Schwab shows a great position drill for when you attack your opponent with a single leg. His head throw drill is good for both wrestlers involved because it gives the defensive guy an opportunity to practice defending a shot once opponent is on the single leg, and it gives the offensive guy practice with adjusting to the defense while staying in position always.
