Dan Gable mental side of McIllravey and Ironside

Dan Gable discusses some of the mental aspects of college wrestling and what it takes to get different people to where they need to be. For Lincoln McIllravey they used to set up mock matches at Carver Hawkeye Arena and have him wrestle under the lights with a crowd there to get him ready. On the other hand, Mark Ironside was the kind of guy who could wrestle all day and go hard up through the day before a match and still be ready when go time comes.
