St. Cloud State Wrestler Shamus O'Grady's New Summer Workout?

St. Cloud State All-American wrestler Shamus O'Grady recently experienced a trip to Mongolia to compete in the 2012 Athletes in Action John Peterson Tournament. He placed first at 84kg at the tournament on June 5-6. In this video, Shamus O'Grady gets into shape for the upcoming season by throwing old tree stumps down a hill in the mountains of Mongolia, while SCSU coach John Peterson offers a brief travelogue and geography lesson.
