Jake Varner won the US Open in April and earned himself an auto bid to the finals of the World Team Trials. In the finals of the trials Jake Varner defeated Chad Hanke in 2 straight periods in 2 straight matches to make his second world team. Cael Sanderson was Jake Varner's college coach and now his club coach in PA and Jake was excited that he came back to compete.
