When defending a sweep single Matt will whizzer, turn his hip away from his opponent and hide his foot underneath his opponents chest, still keeping his pressure forward, he likes to push his butt cheeks against his opponent. Next he steps his free foot in between his opponents feet, he shrinks back and grabs his own foot over the top of his laces. From there he gives a big push off his back leg to get momentum for his roll, once he rolls through he uses his free foot to elevate his leg.
