The 1998 St. Mark's Wrestling Team is currently considered the greatest wrestling team in Delaware history and can be debated as the greatest sports team in the history of Delaware Sports. Steve Bastianelli's team has a whooping 8 State Champions and a number 8 national ranking. The 98 Spartans almost beat Blair in a dual meet. LA Collier, Bruce Kelly (4x), Mike Collins, Dave Williams, Justin Jackson, Brian Santoro, Peter Santoro, and John Testa (NCAA All American as well) all won titles.
