Front Head Pinch

The Front Head Pinch move is used a lot in the lower levels of wrestling where kids dont know exactly how to do it and can be successful against kids who have no idea about how to defend it. Once you get out of the lower levels of wrestling you have to be able to do this one right. The key elements to a good head pinch is to make sure you have their head right underneath you and not out to either side. Furthermore you have to make have your hand placement right.
