James Green is Ready To Make His Second World Team

null

James Green won a World Bronze medal in 2015 at 70kg and then dropped down to 65kg in an attempt to make the Olympic Team this past summer. In the end, dropping that much weight had too big of an impact on James Green's wrestling and he was not able to make the team.

He is now back at his optimal weight of 70kg and will be looking to make his second world team. Green will sit out until the finals best two-of-three series. The rest of the field will have to battle it out in order to have a chance to face Green for the spot at the Bill Farrell International Open.

This weekend the non-Olympic Weight World Team Trials take place at the Bill Farrell International this Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
