2023 Dan Hodge Trophy Award Rankings

2023 Dan Hodge Trophy Rankings

As a reminder, the Dan Hodge Trophy has set criteria to determine who the winner should be.

Hodge Trophy Voting Criteria:

1 – Record

2 – Dominance/Bonus-Point Percentage

3 – Quality of Competition

4 – Sportsmanship

David Carr's huge win over 2022 Dan Hodge Trophy Award finalist Keegan O'Toole brings him up four spots to #4. However, with a bonus rate of less than 50%, he stays behind Mason Parris who has an astonishing 11 pins this year. Carter Starocci also jumps up several spots by being a 2X NCAA champion and increasing his bonus rate and dominance score.

*While the NWCA All-Star Classic isn't incorporated into the following wrestlers' records and stats, I did take it into consideration for their quality of competition.
