#8 In The Class Of 2024 Aeoden Sinclair Chooses Missouri
Aeoden Sinclair committed to Missouri during a live announcement earlier today.

If you’re a fan of scoring, then you’ll likely be a fan of Aeodon Sinclair. His run through the 170-pound Division I bracket at the 2022 Wisconsin state championships included 85 points in four matches with 14 in the finals. He also outscored his seven opponents in the 182-pound bracket at the 16U Nationals by a combined 75-1 count.
Missouri wrestling fans should be excited that Sinclair announced that he will join Brian Smith in Columbia during the fall of 2024. The Milton High School junior is ranked #8 in the class of 2024 and #3 at 195 pounds following his Fargo title and an appearance in the Super 32 finals earlier this year.
Sinclair called in from study hall to make his announcement on the WIWrestle podcast and later posted the announcement on Instagram. He explained that his college decision came down to Mizzou and Stanford. In the end, his familiarity with the coaching staff, current Missouri wrestlers from Wisconsin, and the Tigers' history of development put them over the edge.
Sinclair is seeking his second state championship this season after placing third at 152 pounds as a freshman.

Aeoden Sinclair dominated in the finals of 16U Nationals earlier this year.
