Taylor Gregorio, USA Wrestling - Three Olympic champions and two other Olympic bronze medalists will lead a team of 22 Americans into the Zouhaier Sghaier International in Tunis, Tunisia, July 14-17. The event marks the fourth UWW Ranking Series Event of the season.

The three Olympic champs in the lineup include Helen Maroulis (57 kg WFS), Tamyra Mensah Stock (68 kg WFS) and Kyle Snyder (97 kg MFS). Maroulis and Snyder won their Olympic golds at the 2016 Rio Games, while Mensah Stock topped the podium at the Tokyo Games last summer.

Joining them are 2020 Olympic bronze medalists Thomas Gilman (57 kg MFS) and Sarah Hildebrandt (50 kg WFS). Gilman also owns a 2021 World gold and 2017 World silver. Hildebrandt is a two-time World silver medalist.

Final X runner-up Forrest Molinari, a 2021 World bronze medalist at 65 kg, is bumping up to 68 kg for the event.

In addition to Gilman and Snyder, the U.S. roster features four other 2022 Men’s Freestyle World Team members, including multiple-time World teamers Yianni Diakomihalis (65 kg) and Zain Retherford (70 kg) as well as first-timers Seth Gross (61 kg) and Hayden Zillmer (125 kg).

Final X runner-up Chance Marsteller (79 kg) completes the lineup for the men’s squad.

On the women’s side, 2022 World Team members expected to compete in Tunis are Hildebrandt, Maroulis, Mensah Stock, Dom Parrish (53 kg), Amit Elor (72 kg) and Dymond Guilford (76 kg). Final X runners-up Skylar Grote (72 kg) and Yelena Makoyed (76 kg) will suit up for USA as well.

Rounding out the team is Cadet, Junior and U23 World champion Emily Shilson (50 kg), National Team members Amanda Martinez (57 kg), Emma Bruntil (65 kg), Marilyn Garcia (72 kg) and Precious Bell (76 kg) and 2022 U23 World Team member Alisha Howk (55 kg).

There will be no U.S. Greco-Roman representatives competing.

Action begins with Greco-Roman on Thursday, followed by women’s freestyle on Friday and Saturday and rounding out with men’s freestyle on Saturday and Sunday. Fans can follow @USAWrestling on Twitter for live updates.
