Super 32 is one of the biggest high school wrestling tournaments in the country, and each year it typically features a heavy layer of Oklahoma State flavor.

The 2020 edition brings one committed Cowboy registered and three others that Oklahoma State certainly has the inside edge on currently.

Teague Travis: 138

Teague is a part of the Cowboys 2021 recruiting class which currently includes him, Kyle Haas, Travis Mastrogiovanni, Cooper Birdwell, and Victor Voinovich.

Travis is a three-time Missouri state champion and is ranked #82 on the 2021 Big Board. One thing that stands out most about Travis is his size fit for the Cowboys. It’s really a crucial one where he’s likely to be a multi-year starter if he stays at 141. The Cowboys have a future setup at 125 and 133 with Daton Fix, Jakason Burks, and Trevor Mastrogiovanni. They are absolutely loaded at the upperweights for the future and have a really strong combo coming in for 149 and 157 with Travis Mastrogiovanni and Victor Voinovich. 141 is a spot where there’s no definitive heir to the weight and Travis will likely be that guy.

Angelo Ferrari: 138

We could potentially see a matchup of future Cowboys at 138 at some point this weekend. Angelo Ferrari is not committed to Oklahoma State at this point. He’s actually just a high school freshman. But his older brother brought the Oklahoma State fanbase to their feet last October when he committed via his Instagram. He is currently in the Oklahoma State room and many project his two brothers, who have followed him to Stillwater, to eventually find their way into the OSU program as well.

Angelo has been a hammer at the youth level for some time. This will be his first taste of a high-level high school tournament like the Super 32. It will be something to watch to see how it plays out for him.

Antony Ferrari: 152

Anthony Ferrari is the other younger brother of AJ Ferrari. He is a high school junior and a member of the class of 2022. Like Angelo, he has yet to make a college decision. He has released his top three though and naturally it includes Oklahoma State, but he has Oklahoma and Minnesota in the mix as well.

Like the rest of the Ferrari family, Anthony packs a lunch. He’s won some big-time matches and beat some big names in his career. We haven’t seen him competing a lot lately, though. Anthony is currently ranked #4 at 152 pounds and has the firepower to walk away with a tournament title here.

Cael Voinovich: 145

One more Oklahoma State sibling competing here is Cael Voinovich, the younger brother of 2021 commit Victor Voinovich. Cael is a high school freshman with an incredible youth resume to his name. Like Angelo Ferrari, he’s been touted as one of the top junior high wrestlers in the country for some time. Now he’ll have his first shot at getting his name out there even more at one of the biggest high school tournaments around.
