When you grow up in a wrestling room there are two drills you will have to do. One will follow you throughout your career and the other may die out at some point. 

The first is stance and motion. It may become more complex as you grow up, but everyone from the day-1 youth wrestler to World and Olympic champs Kyle Snyder and Jordan Burroughs continues to do this drill to this day.

The second, which may be becoming obsolete at some levels of wrestling, is the spin drill.
