The 10-minute lunge challenge is anything but easy, and you can get it done from just about anywhere — quarantine or no.

This is a tough bodyweight workout that can be done at home to strengthen legs, hips, and build endurance. Start a running clock and complete the following:

  • 1 minute left front lunge
  • 1 minute right front lunge
  • 1 minute left side lunge
  • 1 minute right Side lunge
  • 1 minute left Rear lunge
  • 1 minute right Rear lunge
  • 4 minutes walking Lunges

Try to get as many reps as possible during each minute round, but execute perfect technique, touching your knee to the ground and maintaining good posture. For the final 4 minutes of walking lunges, cover as much distance as possible . . . and if you are doing this workout with a teammate, make sure to beat them!
