Senior Hayden Brown get disqualified from the New England Championships for, what looks like, trying to score a takedown.
Bad calls are a part of any sport, after watching the match involving Hayden Brown, it is possible he was the victim of three. The combination of these calls lead to Brown's disqualification.
After getting hit with 3 penalty points in the first period the Exeter senior was disqualified from the New England Championships this Saturday.
FloWrestling contacted Joe Gravina, the head official of the tournament, and asked for clarification on the calls. His response was "The call on the mat was Flagrant Misconduct for intentionally shoving his fingers into his opponents rear. This followed an unnecessary roughness call for a headbutt at the edge of the mat and an unsportsmanlike conduct call for holding up a fist to the referee to indicate stalling (this happens off camera)."
