Don't try this at home, kids.

Actually. Scratch that. Try this at home, just don't try it in a match until you're sure you got it down.

Robert Avila, a freshman at Lisbon High School in Iowa, just pulled off a version of a jiu-jitsu move. The "Imanari Roll" is one that elicits ohhs and ahhs, and became semi-famous when Marvin Castelle (below) hit it in a professional contest when he transitioned right to a leg lock for a submission.

Avila used it for a takedown this weekend, and thanks to our friends Todd Connor and Dan Burgess, who filmed it, we got our hands on the video.

Avila is no ordinary freshman. He's ranked #21 on our Class of 2022 Big Board. A native of Nevada, he moved to Iowa this summer. IAWrestle has him ranked #1 at 126lbs in Class A.

Watch Castelle's version, which went viral about a year ago, in slo-mo below.
