These two all-stars have never wrestled each other before, and the first meeting between #2 and #3 did not disappoint. Ashnault raced out to a nine point lead but started to fade late in the match. Jordan mounted a furious comeback but fell just short.

174-Pound Final

#3 Myles Amine, Michigan vs #4 Daniel Lewis, Missouri

This was a razor-close match in the NCAAs in Cleveland and the rematch was another nailbiter. Amine came out victorious once again but every scramble was a work of art.

125-Pound Semifinal

Rivera dropped a match to Fleetwood back when he was a redshirt freshman and he has been looking for revenge ever since. Rivera did not wrestle when these teams met for a dual earlier in the season, leading some to speculate on social media that Rivera avoided the match on purpose. Sea Bass came into the match looking to make a statement and prove that was not the case.

133-Pound Semifinal

Micky Phillippi, Pittsburgh vs #5 Luke Pletcher, Ohio State

null

Pittsburgh's Micky Phillippi made his presence known at the CKLV. The Panther freshman showed why he will be a force to be reckoned with this season, knocking off #15 Cam Sykora, #7 Ethan Lizak, and #5 Luke Pletcher in consecutive matches. His match with his hometown training partner and fellow Pennsylvanian Luke Pletcher may have been his finest performance.

157-Pound Semifinal

#6 Ryan Deakin, Northwestern vs #7 Kennedy Monday, North Carolina

In a battle of the two biggest wingspans in the NCAA, Deakin vs Monday was a highly anticipated match of two young wrestlers on the cusp of All-American honors. This match was all Deakin though, as the Northwestern Wildcat put on a demonstration of strength and speed.

165-Pound Semifinal

#10 Isaiah White, Nebraska vs #5 Logan Massa, Michigan

Logan Massa was on a tear in his first three matches in Vegas, and White entered the tournament with three losses on his record already. But White turned it on in the semis against the red-hot Massa, stopping the Wolverine junior and propelling himself into the finals.

157-Pound Quarterfinal

#18 Griffin Parriott, Purdue vs #4 Tyler Berger

Parriott was a man on a mission, bumping off higher ranked wrestlers all tournament long. His biggest upset was against two-time All-American Tyler Berger in this sudden victory stunner.
