Mosha Schwartz has decided to Bear Down. The FloNats champ will be staying home for college after committing to Northern Colorado.

After spending a few years at Wyoming Seminary, Schwartz has moved back home to Colorado to wrestle for Ponderosa high school. He will be staying in-state and joining #1 at 152 Andrew Alirez and #6 at 145 Theorius Robison at UNCO.

Currently ranked seventh at 138, Schwartz will be looking for a Super 32 crown at that weight. He'll have to go through an excellent field to claim the title, as eight of the Top-10 are currently registered. The event starts at 8am eastern time on Saturday, October 27th.

He is #78 on the Class of 2019 Big Board, the Bears third Top-100 commit along with Alirez and Robison. There are only six seniors above him left who have not yet committed, and no others from Colorado.

We have all three of Alirez, Robison, and Schwartz as 149lb prospects, with Schwartz rated 15th overall. It seems likely that head coach Troy Nickerson and his staff will make sure those three space themselves out to ensure they all get in the lineup.

As a younger and smaller wrestler, Schwartz won the USA Wrestling triple crown at 88 pounds in 2015, the same year he took both 42kg title at the Cadet Pan Am championships. The next year, he was the 46kg representative for America's Greco-Roman squad at the Cadet world championships.
